Attention All Class Years ending in '2 or '7!
It’s time to start planning your class reunion! More and more classes are having their reunions back home at PC, and so should you! We can offer tours, Masses, yearbook ID cards, use of our gymnasium or other facilities, special recognition at an athletic event, an exceptional food service, and much more. Please contact Chris Partridge, Director of Alumni Relations, at 201-445-4466 ext. 196 or cpartridge@paramus-catholic.org if you need help planning your reunion.
Please remember: Paramus Catholic does not endorse or support the use of our name for class reunions conducted by independent companies. They run pre-packaged events at a considerable markup. If your class prefers to have your reunion offsite, we can still provide updated mailing lists, ID cards, and other services. Please let us know when such reunions are scheduled.

Class of '85 Re-Connects at their 25th Reunion
The PC Class of ’85 gathered at Regina’s Steakhouse in Teaneck on Saturday, October 9, 2010 to celebrate their 25th reunion. Over 60 people attended, and everyone had a fabulous time! Guests enjoyed a plethora of passed hors d’oeuvres and a full buffet dinner, prepared by Executive Chef, Michael Ostros. They even had live entertainment! The party band, Dr. B & the Interns (drummer Tony Bruno is a member of the PC Class of ‘76), entertained the crowd long into the night. Alida De Russi and Tom Doherty had a terrific time playing with the band on a few numbers, and several guests lent their backup vocals to a host of their favorite songs from the 1980’s. Everyone had a fun time singing and dancing the night away. Attendees also shared many laughs over the slide show of old high school photos that played on the flat-screen televisions all night. The Class of ’85 enjoyed reminiscing about their good old days at PC! Special thanks to Alida De Russi and Denise Martino for planning and organizing such a fantastic reunion, and to John Pirone for creating the Facebook page that kept everyone informed of the festivities.

Jason Giampetruzzi ’98 returns as Asst. FB Coach
PC is happy to welcome Jason Giampetruzzi ’98 back home! Jason has returned to PC as an Assistant Football Coach and is excited to be working alongside his long-time friend, Chris Partridge ’98, PC’s Head Football Coach. “It’s just like old times,” Jason said, as he reminisced about his days as a wide receiver, defensive back, and captain of the PC football team. “Chris and I were co-captains of the PC team in ’97, our senior year, when we won the State Championship. We hope to have the same success as coaches.” After graduating from PC in 1998, Jason attended Colgate University, where he continued playing football until an injury forced his early retirement. He graduated with a BA in History and Liberal Arts and moved to Arizona, where he started a successful career in information technology. Jason recently relocated back to New Jersey and currently works as a Vice President of Sales & Operations at RSC Group. “It feels really good to be back at PC and to give back to a new generation of Paladins. The kids here are great. I’ve seen the team improve their performance both on the field and off. They are only going to get stronger. This program is on the rise, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”

Welcome Home, PC Class of 1986!
On Saturday, October 1, 2011 the PC Class of 1986 returned home to celebrate their 25th Reunion. Over 40 alumni and their guests travelled from as far away as Kentucky, Virginia, and Florida to reunite with their former classmates.
Father Thomas Pendrick, PC’s Chaplain, began the evening with a special Mass for the Class of ’86 in PC’s Chapel. Following Mass, some of PC’s Student Ambassadors gave the attendees a tour of the school. As they walked through PC’s halls, they laughed and reminisced about the good old days: “Remember when Sister Lawrence and Mrs. T would stand over here to check our skirt length? This is where the wall used to be! Look, they still decorate each other’s lockers for their birthdays!” and “I wonder if they still give out blue cards for demerits?” were some of the fun memories they shared.
Following their visit back home, the Class of ’86 enjoyed a festive evening at Sanzari’s New Bridge Inn in New Milford. Upon arriving, each guest received a name tag with their 1986 yearbook photo on it. They mingled, dined, and had fun looking through the PC memorial table, which included old sweatshirts, yearbooks, graduation pamphlets, and even prom invitations. They also enjoyed raffles and gift baskets, complete with 80’s CDs and Reunion T-Shirts.
David Pfeffer summed up the spirit of the evening when he said, “They say the best friendships you’ll ever have in your life are made while you’re in high school. That’s more than true for me.” Special thanks to Laura DeMarco Conboy, whose son, Thomas, is a senior at PC, Maria C. Ramirez Reape, and Maura Hickey Kelly for organizing such a wonderful 25th reunion.
